📦 Delivery
UK Orders
- Free standard delivery on all UK orders
- Dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 48 (depending on value)
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation as soon as it’s on its way
International Orders
- We ship worldwide
- Standard international shipping is calculated at checkout
- Sent via Royal Mail International or courier depending on location
- Please allow up to 10 working days for international delivery (may vary during busy seasons)
- Customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your jewellery - but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery
- Please contact us first at hello@fernwoodfox.co.uk with your order number
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This ensures the safety and integrity of every pair.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange a gift, please email us within 14 days
- We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability
